Christian Kluxen became the new Music Director of the Victoria Symphony at the beginning of the 2017/18 season. The year was marked with an iconic image of Kluxen jumping with a red umbrella, red being the identity colour of the Symphony and rain being indicative of life on the west coast. Inside, the booklet is supported with a second feature image of the director as well as new collection of signature illustrations created by Katy Dockrill.
