The UNESCO World Heritage Site stamp series spanned three years and featured many beautiful and significant locations across Canada. Stamps were presented in booklets for Domestic, U.S., and International markets. Additional products included Official First Day Covers and postcards.

These stamp materials present a beautiful patchwork of differing landscapes, of textures and colours, of contrasts in scale and perspective, and of historical, geographical, and cultural importance. In addition, they act as an invitation to visit the sites, as each one is open to the public to enjoy first-hand.
