Railway Lands documents the travelling exhibition of Eric Walker’s artwork, which included his painted and constructed pieces that referenced urban railways and container ships.

Walker assembles his art from found objects, old building materials, paint, metal sheeting, and a multitude of nails. The design reflected these materials and the locations where they are found by including images of rail yards, colours from the containers or train cars, and a splattering of nails across the pages. An uncoated brown paper was used for the cover to provide a rough and raw surface along with a metallic ink to allude to the materials and texture of his work.
