Calgary Water Centre

The Water Centre is home to The City of Calgary’s Water Resources and Water Services. This environmental-friendly and sustainable “green” facility was designed to save water, conserve energy, and reduce our impact on the environment. The interpretive signs in the foyer describe various features.

The use of magnetic signs allows The City of Calgary to update the wayfinding system easily and as often as required. Novalloy Metal Micro-Imaging panels mounted to powder-coated steel plates offer a durable solution for an exterior interpretive project. Water conservation, prairie gardening, efficient watering, and public art are the themes explored in a series of ground-hugging signs.
